4. WhatsApp and third-party services

Where Action Weaver uses WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party services, your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Digital Inventions Consulting is not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

5. User content and organisational data

You or your organisation remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information submitted to Action Weaver.

Digital Inventions Consulting may process this information to provide, support, secure and improve the service.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Action Weaver will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

7. Fees

Where fees apply, they will be agreed separately with the relevant organisation or client.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Digital Inventions Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of Action Weaver.
