You may request deletion of your personal information from Action Weaver by emailing Digital Inventions Consulting.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Use the subject line:
User Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp or mobile number, if relevant
- The organisation or team linked to your use of Action Weaver, if relevant
- A short description of the information you want deleted
What happens next
We will review your request and may contact you to confirm your identity or clarify the request.
Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the relevant personal information where appropriate.
Some information may be retained where required by law, contract, audit requirements, dispute resolution, security or legitimate business purposes.
